1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney NSW Australia, and delivered to residential, business, and P.O. Box addresses across the country.


2. Processing Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping options through our trusted carrier such as Australia Post.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated either at checkout based on the selected shipping method, weight, and delivery address or as flat rates above. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Oz Soundz Music & Audio due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the post office, or refusal of delivery:

  • Reshipping Fees will apply.
  • We will contact you via email to confirm the correct address and arrange reshipment.

Unclaimed packages may be subject to a restocking fee or cancellation.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).

  • Lost Orders: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact our support team at sales@ozsoundz.com.au.

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather, carrier issues, or regional disruptions. Oz Soundz Music & Audio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, but we are always here to help resolve any issues.
